Components of a PM System

Any self-respecting Project Management system must not lack:

- a Project Management application
- integration with the accounting function
- control panels showing critical situations
- integrated reporting systems for control
- protocols and communication systems across the
  functions
- organisational procedures to be followed
- integration with the Quality Control system
- traceability of actions, topics and objects
- a Project Secretary for management and scheduling.
