Process Based Structure

In the process or project led company, the tree summary has only one level, consisting of people with their own skills, attached to one or more projects, not necessarily with the same role in each, nor necessarily in the same hierarchical position.

In short, the firm is seen as an organisation which avails itself of a pool of resources and homogenous skills, from which the projects draw in order to carry out their required activities.
The strength of each person, therefore, is definable only in terms of his part in one or more projects.
