Function Based Structure

The classic organisation chart of an Italian company resembles an inverted tree, with the roots being a President or General Director, and a first level of management made up of various division Directors, according to the organisation.

The second level is made up of management responsible for offices or sections, depending on the size of the company. Finally, there are company functions which can correspond to a person, a team or an office. In this organisation chart it is possible, given a position, to establish its duties and responsibilities, and its interrelationship with the rest of the company.
