Operative Plan

The Operative Plan is the document which organises project activities and facilitates progress verification.

The Operative Project Plan should show:

- planned tasks with date of start and finish
- work necessary for each task, and the allocated
  resources
- constraints which must be observed, and connections
  between different processes
- cost of work to be carried out
- differences between actual and expected items
- indications of critical activities and over-allowances
- coding of services for accounts purposes
- costs per division, per type of activity, per function
- accompanying remarks by the project proponent.
