Training on Erp software

The training of personnel on Erp software is a very critical factor in the project.

The lack of training for key personnel can lead to an inconclusive launch, the mistaken set up of the first behavioural models, and to the assumption of erroneous methods of using the program.

Excessively theoretical or exclusively practical training can introduce latent misunderstandings and blind spots which will manifest themselves only in later months.

Training should be programmed, conducted and then verified through testing sessions.
