Setting
up Erp system
The setting
up of a Erp
system involves many people in the company, and will shape the following
five years.
The introduction
is an expense of company resources, in terms of economics, in terms
of work to be done (and therefore more economics) and in terms of energy.
The introductory period must be studied and its objectives properly
formalised. The introduction, conducted by a group of key personnel,
should provide for at least:
-
functional testing of Erp software
- testing of integration and personalisation
- configuration of all base and application schedules
- data conversion
- comparison with old software
- the functioning of all critical company channels
- the functioning of all system procedures
