Sys&Org manages the supply of services to its clients as individual projects. Every project is characterised by a preliminary study, an analysis with a business plan, an operative plan, a financial statement, minutes of meetings and final assessment.

The company has project models available which it re-uses for new clients, taking advantage of past experience, and lowering the costs of the analysis and introductory phases. Every proposal made to a client is in effect the first draft of a new project. Sys&Org believe that a good project begins right from the very first steps.
